Refund Policy

If our technical support team is unable to resolve your issue within 7 business days, you are eligible for a full refund. We are committed to making things right and assure you that our services are stable in most cases, and any issues that arise from our end are promptly addressed. Our refund policy covers you in the event of any technical issues originating from our side.
You will not be able to get a refund in the following cases:

– Refunds will not be approved if the issue arises from factors outside of our technical control, such as issues with your device, internet connection, or other possibilities unrelated to our technical capabilities.

– Refunds will not be approved if you violate our terms of use and your account is suspended.

– Refunds will not be approved for the full amount if you have used our services for a significant duration. For instance, if you have a subscription of 12 months or less and encounter a technical issue on our end after 8 months of flawless service that we cannot resolve within 7 days (resulting in the inability to use the remaining subscription period), you will be eligible for a partial refund for the unused portion of the subscription.

– Refunds will not be approved if incorrect connection information is provided during the ordering process, such as an incorrect MAC address. Once a subscription is activated for a device, it cannot be transferred to another device. Therefore, if you activate a subscription for a device and later wish to use it on a different device, you will need to purchase a new subscription without a refund for the previous purchase. To avoid this situation, please ensure that you provide accurate information and specify the device you intend to connect during the subscription process. Please note that only devices and applications using M3U playlists are eligible for device switching with the same subscription. Devices requiring MAC codes for connection cannot be switched, as the subscription is strictly tied to the initially activated MAC address.

We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary, and we’re committed to addressing your concerns to the best of our ability. However, please note that our refund policy entails a partial refund of 80% of the total amount paid. This refund amount takes into account various operational costs associated with providing our IPTV service. These costs include fees related to delivering and issuing the IPTV credentials, payment processing, as well as any applicable gas fees for cryptocurrency transactions. We believe in transparency and fairness, and this approach allows us to balance the commitment to our customers with the costs involved in maintaining and delivering our service. Please note that while we endeavor to process refunds promptly, it may take up to 21–30 days for the refund to appear in your bank account or card due to processing times by our payment processor or your financial institution.

3. Include your invoice number and your MAC code if you are using a device with a MAC address.

Even if you missed reading this, our policy is very strict and impartially correct.
